Dr. Charles J.
Pillar, D.D.S., P.C.
Dr. “Charlie”
has a passion for making every patient that walks through his door feel special. He completed his undergraduate
degree at the University at Buffalo and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the New York University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Charlie finished his pediatric dental residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and has been in private practice
for over 30 years in Plainview, NY. When not in the office, he is teaching the residents of the Schneider
Children’s Hospital pediatric dental program, where he is an associate attending of pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Charlie has received accolades during his time at the hospital, including the certificate of excellence in teaching
in pediatric dentistry in 2007. As an active member of many professional organizations, he keeps current with the latest dental
topics and stays involved in the community. The most fun that Dr. Charlie has had over the years has been
entertaining the local nursery schools when they visit the office during the children’s dental health month.
Dr. Charlie is determined to help eliminate any form of anxiety a child may have before his or her first visit and
loves to throw in a few magic tricks to show the children that dentistry can be fun and not frightening at all.
He is married to Margie, has three wonderful children, and enjoys golf, tennis, and basketball. Dr.
Charlie is a specially trained pediatric dentist who loves to see even the most nervous child leave the office with a smile!

Dr. Kellie A. Alberry, D.D.S.
Dr. “Kellie”
believes that every child should have a positive experience at the dentist and strives to provide that for each patient.
She obtained an undergraduate degree in biology at Marist College. After receiving her Doctor of
Dental Surgery degree at the University at Buffalo, she completed two years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry at
the Women and Children’s hospital of Buffalo. During her residency, Dr. Kellie served as chief resident
with added responsibilities and also gained valuable knowledge in treating children with special needs. After
her many years in Buffalo, she was eager to come back to where she was born and raised on Long Island. In
2006, she had a life changing opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic and volunteer her services to the less fortunate
providing free dental care to children and adults. Continuing lifelong education, giving back to the community,
and spreading dental knowledge are some of her aspirations. Dr. Kellie and her husband, Jim, met
in Buffalo while completing their professional degrees. In her free time, Dr. Kellie loves to exercise,
sing, cook, and spend time with friends and family. You may even hear her hum a tune or two during treatment.
Dr. Kellie is a board certified pediatric dentist who is specially trained to treat children and looks forward
to eliminating fears in the most apprehensive patient!

Dr. "Ari" feels that every child deserves to have
a beautiful smile. He received his undergraduate degree in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University.
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY at Stony Brook, and continued on to his complete his orthodontic
training at SUNY at Stony Brook. Dr. Ari was born and raised locally in Woodbury, and looks forward to remaining an
active member of the community. He has a passion for creating beautiful smiles in a comfortable, friendly environment.
Dr. Ari also employs many of the modern technological advancements to make the patients orthodontic experience as enjoyable
as possible. All patients get to choose from a wide range of colors for their braces depending on their preference,
the season, school colors, or favorite sports team. In his free time, Dr. Ari likes to watch movies, listen to music,
play basketball, golf, and root on his favorite local sports teams. He also loves talking sports, so feel free to strike
up a conversation about your favorite team with him at any time. Dr. Ari wants all of his patients to remember that
along with being able to straighten teeth, braces can be "a lot of fun"!
